The Identity Protection Architect (PAM+PKI) will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining identity protection solutions to ensure secure access and data integrity within the technology department. This role requires expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)

Job Description

Technical Expertise

Serve as expert for all PKI (ADCS) and Certificate LifeCycle Management (CLM) technical matters

Serve as Architect for all CyberArk-related technical matters.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, collaboration with vendors and India Core Services run team.

Develop and maintain scripts to automate CyberArk tasks and reporting.

Implementation

Deploy, configure and maintain PKI (ADCS), CLM and CyberArk PAM components in coordination with solution architect under Group Core Services Tech lead.

Continuous Improvement

Monitor system health and performance, proactively addressing potential issues.

Recommend and implement enhancements to improve security , efficiency and user experience.

Stay updated on latest PKI and CyberArk features, vulnerabilities and industry best practices.

Support and Training

Support India Tech Hub PAM Run Team.

Provide training and documentation on PKI/CLM and CyberArk processes and best practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Identity Protection Architect (PAM+PKI) should have:

  • A strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or related fields.



A successful Identity Protection Architect (PAM+PKI) should have:

  • In-depth knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing identity protection solutions.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in the FMCG industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Relevant certifications in PAM and PKI are a plus.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hand-on-experience with PKI/CLM and CyberArk PAM solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft ADCS and CyberArk architecture and modules.
  • Infra as Code knowledge (for PKI and CyberArk)
  • Proficient in Windows and Linux server environments.
  • Scripting skills.
  • Familiarity with EntraID, IntraID and modern authentication protocols.
