Our client is a leading global infrastructure investment manager establishing a specialized Global Capability Center in Gurugram. The center supports worldwide business operations and fosters a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Job Description

  • Lead talent acquisition for all GCC roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers).
  • Define role requirements and staffing plans with senior leaders.
  • Maintain job descriptions, postings, and talent pipelines.
  • Manage onboarding, orientation, and integration programs.
  • Administer local HR policies: leave, payroll, benefits.
  • Support performance management, goal-setting, and development.
  • Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Provide employee-level data to global HR teams.
  • Serve as primary contact for employee relations.
  • Establish internal recruitment pipeline for future hires.
  • Collaborate with global HR and department heads.
  • Uphold HR policies and procedures in alignment with global standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Generalist, Human Resources should have:

  • 9-12 years' HR experience with talent acquisition expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian employment law and HR compliance.
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience in financial services/shared services/MNCs.
  • Proficient in HRIS, ATS, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • University degree in HR/business required; SHRM/CIPD preferred.
