  • Manage recruitment and on-boarding processes.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
  • Work on performance management and feedback systems.
  • Support organisational change and culture-building efforts.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • A background in human resources or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in HR processes and employee engagement.
  • Good understanding of recruitment and talent management.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Confidence in handling HR systems and policies.
