Job Description

  • Develop and execute the overall people strategy aligned to business objectives.
  • Partner with the leadership team on organisational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Lead talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, employee engagement, and rewards initiatives.
  • Build a high-performance culture through robust performance management frameworks and leadership development.
  • Drive employee experience, retention, and culture-building programmes across the organisation.
  • Establish and strengthen HR policies, processes, governance, and compliance practices.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on all people-related matters.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience leading the HR function within a high-growth organisation.
  • Strong expertise across HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Organisation Development.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling teams and building people practices in dynamic environments.
  • Strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen and business partnering capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
