Job Description

  • Lead the HR setup and rapid scale-up
  • Drive high-volume hiring with strong pipelines
  • Own end-to-end employee lifecycle management
  • Build scalable HR systems and governance
  • Partner with leadership on growth strategy
  • Establish performance, L&D and retention frameworks

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 12+ years of HR experience in a BPO environment (mandatory)
  • Proven expertise in high-volume hiring and large-scale operations
  • Strong leadership capability with experience in building and scaling HR functions
