Job Description

  • Lead regional supply chain operations including co‑pack manufacturing, warehousing, CFAs, and dispatch management.
  • Manage multiple existing plants in the South with potential for future expansion.
  • Oversee co‑pack partner performance, quality compliance, SOP adherence, and operational KPIs.
  • Ensure timely supply planning in coordination with sales and central planning teams.
  • Optimize CFA operations, including appointment, cost management, statutory compliance, and inventory controls.
  • Manage primary/secondary logistics, warehousing costs, and adherence to AOP budgets.
  • Drive continuous improvement, process efficiency, and operational governance across the network.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Supply Chain Lead - South should have:

  • 12-15 years of experience in supply chain & manufacturing operations, preferably in FMCG or food processing.
  • Strong exposure to co‑pack or contract manufacturing setups.
  • Hands-on experience in warehousing, logistics, dispatch planning, and plant operations.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and work closely with sales to meet market demand.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, process orientation, and data-driven decision-making.
