Job Description

Reporting to the COO, they will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing strategic sourcing and procurement strategies while managing supplier partnerships and negotiations
  • Leading demand forecasting, S&OP processes, and supply planning to improve forecast accuracy and inventory productivity
  • Driving logistics, warehousing, and distribution network optimization to enhance customer service levels and reduce costs.
  • Establishing performance governance through KPIs, dashboards, automation initiatives, and digital transformation programs.
  • Partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Finance, IT, and external stakeholders to deliver business objectives.
  • Building, mentoring, and developing a high-performing supply chain organization focused on accountability and continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant



A successful candidate will have 14+ years of experience in FMCG, Retail or D2C businesses with expertise across

  • Strategic sourcing, S&OP, demand and supply planning, and inventory optimization with focus on Modern Trade and Quick Commerce channels
  • Supplier management, logistics transformation, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Working capital improvement and operational excellence.
  • Digitalisation and process transformation across the supply chain ecosystem.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Cold-Chain experience would be an added advantage but not mandatory
