A company in the building and construction industry, located in Pune.

Job Description

  • Manage overall security operations for the property.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
  • Develop and implement security policies and protocols.
  • Oversee security staff and their performance.
  • Handle crisis management and emergency response plans.
  • Coordinate with government authorities and local organisations.
  • Monitor and evaluate security systems and technologies.

The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years of distinguished service in the Indian Army, Paramilitary Forces, or Police Services, with demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Prior experience in handling security operations, crisis management, intelligence, investigations, or stakeholder engagement.
  • Post-retirement experience within real estate, infrastructure, manufacturing, or large corporate environments will be an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of the Maharashtra regulatory and law enforcement landscape, particularly within Pune and surrounding regions.
