Our client is a prominent structural steel and integrated construction solutions company with a strong national presence. The organisation is expanding significantly, supported by robust EPC/GC partnerships and a new manufacturing facility underway in Gujarat.

Job Description

  • Lead the Sales & Business Development function with full P&L responsibility and nationwide growth oversight.
  • Drive high-value closures with EPC and GC partners including L&T, Shapoorji, Tata Projects, Kalpataru, Afcons, Sterling & Wilson, and others.
  • Manage the full commercial cycle including negotiations, tendering, bidding, design coordination, payment collection, and order closures.
  • Build and expand relationships with EPC contractors, developers, architects, structural consultants, and large industrial houses.
  • Strengthen branding, market positioning, and competitive intelligence initiatives.
  • Manage a team of 4-5 members across sales coordination, branding, and regional sales, with scope to scale.
  • Ensure targeted business mix across data centres, commercial real estate, and industrial segments.
  • Deliver annual closures contributing to ₹1000-1200 Cr in valuation and 2.25 lakh MT+ tonnage.
  • Collaborate closely with CEO, COO, Finance, Estimation, HR, and Legal teams to align growth strategy with organisational objectives.

The Successful Applicant

  • 18+ years of experience in construction, structural steel, PEB, or civil‑steel integrated solutions.
  • Proven success in closing large-value contracts through EPC/GC channels.
  • Strong commercial and technical understanding of steel construction and turnkey solutions.
  • Experience handling commercial, industrial, and data centre projects with strong conversion ratios.
  • Ability to manage complex negotiations and ensure timely payment collections.
  • Leadership experience handling multi-region or multi-stakeholder sales teams.
  • Engineering degree (Graduate or Post Graduate) preferred.
