Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end execution of residential development projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive constructability reviews, execution planning, and value engineering from concept through completion.
  • Own project budgets, cash flow, cost controls, commercial performance, and profitability across the portfolio.
  • Establish strong project governance, risk management, reporting frameworks, and contractor performance management.
  • Champion best-in-class quality, safety, compliance, and statutory approval processes across all developments.
  • Lead adoption of ERP, BIM, digital construction tools, project controls, and technology-driven execution practices.
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing construction leadership team while driving accountability and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with Development, Design, Procurement, Finance, and Project teams to deliver scalable, innovative, and commercially successful projects.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, with a postgraduate qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline preferred.
  • 16+ years of experience leading large-scale residential real estate development and construction projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering multiple premium residential developments from planning through completion.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing project budgets exceeding ₹500 crore and driving cost optimisation initiatives.
  • Deep expertise in project planning, contracts, procurement, project controls, quality management, and construction execution.
  • Strong understanding of statutory approvals, safety compliance, construction technologies, BIM, ERP, and digital project management platforms.
  • An influential and collaborative leader with excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of building high-performing teams and driving operational excellence.
