Job Description

  • Own and execute regulatory strategy for India across development and commercial products
  • Act as primary liaison with CDSCO/DCGI and key regulatory bodies
  • Lead submissions for new products, variations, and lifecycle management
  • Interpret evolving Indian regulations and provide strategic guidance
  • Support clinical development, commercialization, and market access initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with local regulatory, promotional, and labeling requirements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with regional and global teams

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head - Regulatory should have:

  • 10+ years of Regulatory Affairs experience within pharma/biotech
  • Strong expertise in Indian regulatory frameworks and authority engagement
  • Proven experience in submissions and regulatory strategy development
  • Exposure to rare diseases or complex therapies preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Scientific background (Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, or similar)
  • Able to operate independently in a remote, matrixed environment
