Job Description

  • Lead all on-ground regulatory interactions across multi-state clinic operations, including routine, surprise, and complaint-triggered inspections.
  • Manage inspection responses, observation closures, and license-related compliance to ensure uninterrupted clinic functionality.
  • Develop and implement inspection-readiness frameworks, SOPs, and standard processes across the national network.
  • Guide and train clinic teams on regulatory conduct, documentation practices, and preparedness for state-level authorities.
  • Serve as the organisation's primary regulatory interface, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently while maintaining strong compliance governance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Regulatory Affairs should have:

  • Brings direct, hands-on experience facing State FDA / Drug Control Authority inspections across multiple states.
  • Has independently managed routine, surprise, and complaint-triggered inspections, including closure of observations and notices.
  • Demonstrates calm judgment, strong de-escalation skills, and an ability to resolve issues without operational disruption.
  • Comfortable working in fast-scaling healthcare environments with high regulatory sensitivity.
  • Strong at building SOPs, guiding on-ground teams, and creating predictable, compliant inspection processes.
