  • Experience with Quality Assurance in the 550KV cable domain
  • 15+ years of post BTech expertise in QA and QC

Job Description

  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
  • Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Lead quality audits and ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues
  • Analyse quality data and provide actionable insights for process improvement
  • Oversee the implementation of corrective and preventive actions
  • Train and mentor team members on quality control processes
  • Stay updated on advancements in quality management practices within the industry

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head - Quality should have:

  • A degree in engineering
  • Proven expertise in quality management for 550KV cables
  • Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements
  • Experience with quality control tools and techniques in the industry
  • Leadership abilities to guide and manage a quality assurance team
