With continued investments in capacity expansion and manufacturing excellence, the organization is focused on building world-class production capabilities and operational leadership.Job DescriptionShould have led large-scale production operations with responsibility for or close collaboration across Foundry, Tool Room and Quality.Drive productivity, quality, process optimization, capacity utilization, and operational excellence across multiple manufacturing functions.Improve manufacturing performance through process control, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and operational discipline.Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, planning, supply chain, and commercial teams to achieve business and customer delivery objectives.Build and develop high-performing manufacturing teams while driving safety, quality, and people capability.Support plant expansion, manufacturing readiness, and new product introduction initiatives.The Successful ApplicantA successful candidate will hold an Engineering degree (Mechanical preferred, MBA is an advantage) with 20+ years of leadership experience in large-scale metal manufacturing. The individual should have strong expertise in production operations, along with exposure to Foundry, Tool Room, and Quality within an integrated manufacturing environment. Candidates from aluminium, steel, copper, rolling mills, forging, die casting, automotive components, heavy engineering, or other integrated metal manufacturing industries are encouraged to apply.
