About Our Client

Our client is a fast-growing deeptech startup building sovereign, domain-specific AI models and developer tooling for regulated, hardware-first industries.With strong early traction and enterprise pilots converting into contracts, we are looking for our first product marketing leader to define and lead our brand and go-to-market strategy end-to-end

Job Description

1.Brand & Positioning

  • Define and own the company's identity, messaging, and category narrative
  • Ensure consistency across all touchpoints (website, decks, content, events)
  • Translate technical capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions



2. Go-To-Market (GTM)

  • Lead GTM strategy across regulated sectors
  • Own the marketing funnel from first touch to sales handoff
  • Build sales collateral, messaging frameworks, and launch strategies



3. Team & Agency Leadership

  • Hire and lead a lean marketing team (up to 4 members)
  • Manage external partners across creative, PR, and digital
  • Own budget allocation and output quality



4. Events & Ecosystem

  • Build presence at global and domestic industry events
  • Drive partnerships and co-marketing initiatives with technology providers
  • Represent the company in conferences and speaking engagements



The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Product Marketing should have:

  • 10 to 15 years in B2B marketing (deeptech, SaaS, developer tools, or related domains), with product marketing as the core.
  • Proven experience building marketing from scratch
  • Ownership of marketing function, team, or budget
  • Strong agency management experience
  • Comfortable working with technical teams and communicating complex concepts
  • Excellent written communication (whitepapers, strategy docs, board-level materials)
  • Experience with enterprise sales cycles (6-18 months)
  • Based in India and willing to travel for customers, events, and partners
