Job Description

  • Lead the end-to-end product design and development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish design specifications and technical requirements.
  • Implement innovative design solutions aligned with industry standards and customer requirements.
  • Oversee prototyping, testing, and validation processes for new product designs.
  • Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and manufacturing best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the design and development team.
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure seamless transition from design to manufacturing.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Product Design and Development should have:
