Job Description

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, service levels, and supplier performance.
  • Manage strategic supplier partnerships, negotiations, and vendor governance to drive value and supply continuity.
  • Oversee demand planning, inventory optimization, warehousing, logistics, and distribution for efficient operations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Production, Quality, and Sales to align procurement with business requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, statutory, and procurement standards while driving process excellence.
  • Lead cost-saving initiatives, leverage ERP-driven efficiencies, and build high-performing teams to support business growth.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in procurement and supply chain management.
  • Knowledge of the restaurant or leisure, travel, and tourism industry.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Ability to manage inventory effectively.
