Job Description

  • Define and execute procurement strategy aligned with business and growth priorities
  • Lead sourcing across direct (raw materials, packaging) and indirect spend categories
  • Drive cost optimization, value engineering, and supplier negotiations
  • Build and manage strong supplier partnerships globally and locally
  • Ensure uninterrupted supply through risk mitigation and supplier diversification
  • Implement digital procurement tools and enhance process efficiency (P2P, analytics)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, R&D, finance, and marketing teams
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing procurement organization



The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years of procurement/sourcing experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles
  • Prior experience in FMCG or consumer goods is essential
  • Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and e-sourcing tools (e.g., Coupa, Ariba)
  • Proven track record managing large procurement spend and teams
  • Strong financial acumen, cost optimization, and analytical capability
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, and transformation capability
