Job Description

  • Manage the implementation and maintenance of UKG solutions by cross-collaboration to ensure seamless integration of technology systems.
  • Monitor and evaluate system performance to recommend improvements and enhancements.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to ensure the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
  • Work closely with global stakeholders to understand business needs and align technology solutions accordingly.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • Extensive application support experience on UKG WFM Workforce Central/ UKG Pro, including corrective maintenance and bug fixing around Timesheet Data, Pay Calculations, Person and Functionality access and Wage Adjustments
  • Proficiency in implementing and optimizing UKG solutions and Kronos
  • Strong understanding of people planning processes, business structures, global system design, and frameworks (GDPR, data privacy, audit)
  • Ability to collaborate with COE leadership and cross-functional teams in a global organisation
