Job Description

Reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with the Board and leadership team, the role will lead end-to-end manufacturing operations across multiple facilities while building the operational capabilities required to support rapid growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading multi-plant manufacturing operations with full accountability for performance, productivity, quality, safety, and cost.
  • Driving operational excellence initiatives focused on asset utilization, throughput improvement, yield enhancement, waste reduction, and cost optimization.
  • Establishing world-class operating standards, governance processes, and audit-ready systems
  • Overseeing manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, utilities, quality, warehousing, logistics, and inventory management
  • Driving Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, and continuous improvement programs across the organization.
  • Delivering operational readiness for capacity expansion projects, new product introductions, and multi-site scale-up initiatives.
  • Leading sustainability and ESG programs focused on circularity, energy optimization, resource efficiency, and responsible sourcing.
  • Managing the Operations P&L while delivering productivity, profitability, and growth objectives..

The Successful Applicant

  • 20+ years of experience as a COO, Plant Head, Manufacturing Head, Operations Director, or a senior operations leader within highly process-driven environments.
  • Demonstrated success leading multiple manufacturing facilities and large operational teams.
  • Experience within industries such as plastics, polymers, packaging, automotive, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, industrial manufacturing, or related sectors.
  • Strong expertise in operational excellence methodologies including Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and continuous improvement frameworks.
  • Exposure to global quality systems, ESG frameworks, compliance standards, and customer audit requirements is good to have
