Strategic Project Governance & Portfolio Oversight

Time, Cost & Quality Management

Cross-Functional Leadership

Risk Management & Issue Resolution

Financial & P&L Support

Leadership Reporting & CEO Support

External Stakeholder & Regulatory Coordination

Team Leadership & Capability Building

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
  • 15-25 years of experience in real-estate/infra development with strong operational and strategic execution responsibility.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-project portfolios and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of project planning, contracts, procurement, quality, safety, and regulatory processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
