  • Only Engineers with 10-15 years of experience in Electronic Devices or PCB mfg.
  • Only engineers with experience of managing Production, ME, and Quality functions

The company is known for delivering complex, high-mix, low-volume products to defence, aerospace, space, medical, telecom, and industrial electronics organisations and is currently expanding its manufacturing capabilities to support the next phase of growth.

Job Description

Reporting directly to the leadership team, the Head of Operations is driving end-to-end manufacturing performance and overseeing the overall P&L of the facility.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading all plant-related functions including Production Planning, Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance.
  • Owning overall operational and financial performance of the manufacturing facility.
  • Driving operational excellence through robust process design, management systems, and control mechanisms.
  • Developing and implementing manufacturing strategies to improve productivity, quality, delivery, and cost performance.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of approximately 50-60 employees across multiple functions.
  • Establishing scalable processes, KPIs, and governance frameworks to support business growth.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, throughput, and customer satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

  • Education: Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering is a must. MBA preferred
  • 10-15 years of experience in manufacturing and operations in Electronic Devices, Embedded Products, Auto Tier 1 electronic systems or EMS industry
  • Proven experience managing multiple plant functions including Production Planning, Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance.
  • Experience within high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
  • Strong business and commercial acumen with experience handling both internal and client-based stakeholders
  • Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
