The company is known for delivering complex, high-mix, low-volume products to defence, aerospace, space, medical, telecom, and industrial electronics organisations and is currently expanding its manufacturing capabilities to support the next phase of growth.Job DescriptionReporting directly to the leadership team, the Head of Operations is driving end-to-end manufacturing performance and overseeing the overall P&L of the facility.Key responsibilities include:Leading all plant-related functions including Production Planning, Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance.Owning overall operational and financial performance of the manufacturing facility.Driving operational excellence through robust process design, management systems, and control mechanisms.Developing and implementing manufacturing strategies to improve productivity, quality, delivery, and cost performance.Leading and mentoring a team of approximately 50-60 employees across multiple functions.Establishing scalable processes, KPIs, and governance frameworks to support business growth.Driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, throughput, and customer satisfaction.The Successful ApplicantEducation: Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering is a must.
