Job Description

  • Lead the overall strategy and development of guest experiences across multiple leisure destinations.
  • Design and curate unique experiences spanning adventure, wellness, culture, entertainment, lifestyle, and local immersion.
  • Create differentiated customer journeys that enhance brand value and guest engagement.
  • Identify emerging consumer trends and convert them into scalable experience offerings.
  • Establish operating frameworks, service standards, safety protocols, and governance models for consistent delivery.
  • Drive seamless execution of experience programs across multiple locations through strong operational leadership.
  • Own revenue growth, profitability, utilization, and business performance of the experiences portfolio.
  • Develop monetization strategies that increase ancillary revenues while improving customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with operations, sales, marketing, digital, customer experience, and loyalty teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Build strategic partnerships with experience providers, wellness brands, adventure operators, cultural organizations, and local experts.
  • Negotiate and manage partnerships to create business value and enhance customer offerings.
  • Drive innovation through new experience formats, digital enablement, personalization, and technology-led engagement.
  • Build scalable and replicable experience models across diverse destinations and formats.
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer-centricity.

The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years of relevant experience with at least 5-8 years in leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling customer or guest experience businesses.
  • Strong experience managing complex multi-location operations.
  • Experience owning business performance and P&L outcomes.
  • Demonstrated success in launching and operationalizing new concepts at scale.
