The organisation is fast growing and operates in the healthcare sector, focusing on health-related services.

Job Description

  • Build and establish the brand from scratch, including brand positioning, messaging, visual identity, and market presence across India
  • Own the digital and social media strategy end-to-end, including content planning, community engagement, platform growth, and campaign execution.
  • Drive patient acquisition and demand generation through performance marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and digital campaigns.
  • Develop compelling content and storytelling initiatives, including patient success stories, doctor-led content, and educational campaigns to build trust and credibility.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for PAN India expansion, customizing marketing campaigns for different cities and local markets.
  • Operate as a hands-on individual contributor, while managing external agencies, creators, and marketing partners to ensure effective execution.



The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 6 -10 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of building a brand from the ground up - startup
  • D2C, healthcare, or an operating B2C/consumer-facing brand experience is a must
  • Strong, current, hands-on command of social media - platforms, trends, content formats, and what drives engagement
  • Comfortable operating with high ownership in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Knowledge of market trends and customer behaviour in the health sector.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
