The organization operates primarily through an enterprise, sales-led model and is now investing in building a scalable marketing and go-to-market function to support its next phase of growth, particularly across its AI-led product offerings.

Job Description

  • The role will be responsible for building and owning the end-to-end marketing and go-to-market (GTM) function for a multi-product B2B SaaS platform. This includes defining clear product positioning and messaging across offerings, and developing GTM strategies that effectively communicate complex, enterprise-grade and AI-driven solutions to global customers.
  • A key focus area will be driving demand generation and pipeline development, particularly for newer product lines. The individual will be expected to design and execute top-of-funnel strategies, while also ensuring strong funnel nurturing to drive high-quality enterprise opportunities. Given the nature of the business, emphasis will be on quality of pipeline rather than volume.
  • The role will work closely with the sales organization to support enterprise deal cycles, including consultative and POC-led engagements. This will involve developing high-quality collateral, case studies, and narratives that strengthen the company's value proposition and improve conversion across large, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • From an organizational standpoint, the individual will be responsible for building and scaling the marketing function from an early stage. This includes setting up processes, tools, and performance metrics, and over time contributing to the development of SDR/inside sales capabilities to support a structured revenue engine.
  • The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with founders, product, and sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives. The individual will be expected to operate as a hands-on leader, balancing strategic thinking with execution, and driving measurable impact on pipeline and revenue growth.

The Successful Applicant

  • The successful candidate will bring 10-15+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a strong track record across both product marketing and demand generation. They will have experience working in enterprise sales environments, with an understanding of high-value, consultative deal cycles and the ability to align marketing efforts closely with sales outcomes.
  • They will demonstrate experience in building or scaling marketing functions in early or growth-stage organizations, ideally in a multi-product or evolving GTM environment. A strong grasp of positioning complex, technology-led or AI-driven solutions is important, along with the ability to translate this into clear, compelling messaging for enterprise audiences.
  • The individual will be a hands-on leader, comfortable operating at both strategic and execution levels, and capable of driving outcomes in a relatively unstructured environment. They should be adept at working cross-functionally with product, sales, and leadership teams, and bring a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and commercial orientation.
  • Experience working across global markets and engaging with senior stakeholders (CXO level) will be advantageous.
