Job Description

  • Oversee smooth functioning of operations across all segments, including BOD, Intraday, and EOD activities.
  • Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and coordinate implementation of regulatory changes.
  • Drive process automation, system enhancements, and operational transformation initiatives.
  • Manage CTCL and Algo ID activations as per regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with SEBI, auditors, inspectors, and other Market Infrastructure Institutions (MIIs).
  • Ensure Disaster Recovery (DR) readiness and Business Continuity compliance.
  • Lead and manage the Operations team to achieve defined operational SLAs.
  • Handle critical operational incidents, crisis situations, and risk mitigation activities.
  • Oversee Index Management, MIS reporting, and data analytics for operational decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Technology, Regulatory, and Business teams for seamless operational execution and system implementation.



The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Strong experience in operations & risk within the brokerage industry.
  • A solid understanding of financial services and regulatory requirements.
  • Good leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to analyse processes and implement improvements.
  • Confidence working with regulators and external stakeholders.
