Our client is a leading equipment supplier to the paint shop industry

Job Description

Reporting to the MD you will:

  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
  • Establish service procedures, standards, and best practices.
  • Monitor service KPIs, equipment uptime, and customer satisfaction levels.
  • Support field service teams in resolving critical technical issues.
  • Act as the highest escalation point for technical issues.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers.
  • Conduct technical reviews and provide recommendations for performance improvement.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and warranty issues.
  • Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements.
  • Address technical challenges and provide effective solutions.
  • Keep updated with industry trends and integrate best practices.
