Job Description

  • Provide legal counsel on a variety of issues, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents including product technology agreements.
  • Oversee legal risks and provide recommendations to mitigate potential liabilities, also advise on data privacy related laws
  • Liaise with external legal counsel to manage litigation and other legal proceedings.
  • Stay updated on legal developments relevant to the ecommerce and tech sector
  • Develop and implement internal policies and procedures to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Support the leadership team with strategic legal advice to achieve organizational objectives.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Legal Lead should have:

  • A degree in law from a recognized institution with at-least ten years of experience
  • Experience across tech, e-commerce platforms
  • Experience with regulatory, policy and data privacy
