Job Description

  • Handle legal and compliance matters for the organisation.
  • Advise teams on regulatory requirements and legal risks.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with telecoms industry laws and regulations.
  • Manage disputes and liaise with external legal counsel when needed.
  • Develop and implement legal policies and procedures.
  • Provide training to teams on legal and compliance topics.
  • Stay updated on legal changes affecting the telecoms sector

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • A degree in law with at least 20 years of experience
  • Experience in manufacturing industry or Tech is highly desirable
  • Confidence in drafting and negotiating contracts.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Team management experience
