A rapidly expanding industrial real estate developer focused on building large-scale industrial and logistics parks across high-growth corridors in Western India.

Job Description

  • Lead land acquisition strategy and execution across Maharashtra and Gujarat
  • Identify, evaluate, and acquire land parcels aligned with business objectives
  • Drive due diligence, legal verification, approvals, and land registration processes
  • Ensure coordination between head office and site teams for smooth execution
  • Implement and standardise SOPs for land management processes
  • Stay updated with market trends, regulatory changes, and best practices
  • Manage financial and commercial aspects including deal structuring and payment processes
  • Provide legal advisory support on both existing and prospective land matters
  • Identify, mitigate, and manage risks associated with land transactions
  • Build and maintain relationships with brokers, financial institutions, and government authorities

The Successful Applicant

  • Preferably LLB qualification
  • 15+ years of experience in land acquisition within real estate / construction
  • Strong exposure to projects across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Pune, Talegaon, and Gujarat
  • Strong knowledge of land laws, regulations, and due diligence frameworks
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Established network with brokers, banks, and government bodies
  • High analytical ability and legal interpretation capability
  • Strong communication skills (English, Marathi, Hindi)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
  • High ethical standards and strong decision-making capability
