Job Description

  • Lead technology strategy and digital transformation for a large asset management platform.
  • Drive cloud migration, application modernization and enterprise architecture initiatives.
  • Oversee AI, automation, reporting, data management and engineering excellence programs.
  • Manage global stakeholders and deliver complex technology portfolios.
  • Build high-performing teams and foster innovation, leadership and governance.

The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years of leadership experience in technology transformation and enterprise IT.
  • Strong expertise in cloud platforms, enterprise architecture and modern engineering practices.
  • Demonstrated experience with AI, automation, data platforms and analytics solutions.
  • Proven stakeholder management and ability to influence global business leaders.
  • Strong people leadership skills with experience building future leaders and high-performing teams.
