Job Description

  • Lead and manage the internal audit function, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement audit plans to assess the effectiveness of financial and operational controls.
  • Identify risks and recommend actionable solutions to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Present audit findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations to ensure compliance.
  • Continuously improve internal audit processes and methodologies.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and regulations in the financial services industry.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head Internal Audit should be:

  • A Qualified CA with 12+ yoe.
  • Experience working with a FinTech/ Consumer Tech industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of internal audit practices and procedures.
  • Familiarity with the Financial Services sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
