Responsible for the HR function for the Country, including manufacturing and sales & marketing organizations. Responsible for leading all HR initiatives for the country, ensuring alignment with global HR processes and also meeting local business expectations.

Job Description

· Understand Business needs and design HR strategy around the overall Business goals and expectations. Work closely with Business as an Advisor, ask relevant questions, participate in all Leadership meetings, and conferences.· Support in building the company's reputation in the market by ensuring fair treatment of employees and becoming a preferred employer. Ensure that organizational values and beliefs are followed, and right behaviors are demonstrated through design and roll-out of HR policies and processes. Create awareness about these processes and policies. Take immediate action on non-compliance to policies and processes.· Have an oversight of all HR processes including Performance management, Salary review, Talent Conference, Recruitment, exit, etc. and drive them in Workday.· Oversee the union negotiations and settlements. Also ensure amicable conducive environment with good healthy relationships with union and other external government organizations.· Ensure all Operational HR processes are completed with accuracy including payroll and related statutory compliances.

  • · Mentor and supervise the HR team and develop them through coaching and providing right opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

· Maturity and Ability to work with people at all levels.

· Effective Communication, ability to influence key stake holders.

· Sound understanding of HR concepts.

· Ability to understand business requirements and work closely with the business.

· Post Graduate Diploma/ MBA in HR

  • · 8-15 years of Experience of working in HR with at least 3-4 years in a senior leadership position.
