Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow the Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) channel.
  • Build strong relationships with IFAs to ensure alignment with the company's objectives.
  • Monitor and manage the performance of the IFA channel to achieve business targets.
  • Provide guidance and support to the team for effective client onboarding and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance service delivery and product offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Prepare and present reports on channel performance and market trends.
  • Identify opportunities for business expansion and drive implementation plans.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head IFA should have:

  • Proven experience in managing and growing distribution channels, particularly in business company services.
