Job Description

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and strategies.
  • Manage talent development and performance review processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
  • Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
  • Work closely with leadership to align HR practices with business goals.
  • Monitor and manage HR budgets effectively.
  • Lead initiatives to improve workplace culture and retention.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in human resources, preferably in the leisure, travel, and tourism industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and labour laws.
  • Leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
  • Ability to handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.
  • Comfort working with budgets and HR data.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
