Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals.

  • Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits administration efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and industry-specific regulations.
  • Lead performance management and employee development initiatives.
  • Supervise and improve administrative operations and facilities management.

  • Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR / Admin Head should have:

  • A degree or certification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Should be operating in Gujarat and proficient in the local language
  • Proven expertise in HR strategies and administrative operations.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and compliance requirements in the industrial sector.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within the construction and agriculture industry context.
