The Head HR will oversee all aspects of Human Resources. This role requires a leader who can ensure smooth operations in Recruitment, Performance management, Training, HR systems, etc.

Job Description

  • Lead the recruitment process to identify, attract and retain top talent. Handle senior leadership Hiring.
  • Develop and oversee employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Put together a Performance Review system. Drive performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback systems.
  • Identify Training & Development needs. Develop Training modules.
  • Upgrade existing HR Systems.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate in this role should have:

  • Minimum 15+ years of experience
  • MUST - Proven experience in Seafood Product Manufacturing/ International Trade/ FMCG/ Packaging/ Logistics/ Shipping industry
