Job Description

  • Manage global FP&A function for a CoE
  • Handle a large team set-up with the FP&A function
  • Monitor budgets and optimise financial performance
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes
  • Lead and mentor the finance team

The Successful Applicant

  • Qualified CA
  • 20+ years of post-qualification experience
  • Prior experience managing large teams (100+ FTEs) is a must
  • Good leadership and team management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
