Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end shared services operations across finance processes including RTR, P2P, O2C, tax, and treasury
  • Oversee financial close processes ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness across entities
  • Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives
  • Establish and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and governance frameworks
  • Partner with finance leadership and business stakeholders to enhance service delivery
  • Manage audit processes and ensure strong internal controls
  • Build and lead high-performing teams across shared services functions
  • Drive scalability, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives

The Successful Applicant

Head - Global Capability Center

  • A professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
  • Experience in the property and building & construction industry is preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
