Job Description

  • Develop and manage financial models to support business planning and forecasting processes.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to drive strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on key financial metrics to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Identify risks and opportunities, and propose actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Support the preparation of annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Work closely with leadership to provide insights on market trends and industry benchmarks in the manufacturing sector.

The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A Lead should have:

  • CA with 12-16 years' experience.
  • Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
