Job Description

  • Lead the end to end finance for a growing company
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risks effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on financial performance and opportunities.
  • Oversee and mentor the finance team to enhance overall departmental efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Applicant should be:

  • CA or MBA from a top-tier institute with strong academic credentials
  • 10+ years of experience, preferably within high-growth startup environments
  • Proven experience in leading end-to-end finance functions, including: Controllership, Business finance, FP&A
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale finance processes in a growing organization
  • Highly driven and entrepreneurial mindset, with the appetite to play a key role in taking a startup from growth to scale
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with founders, leadership teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
