They are looking for a finance leader who can bring structure, discipline, and strong financial insight to support the next phase of expansion.

Job Description

The Head of Finance will lead a controller‑heavy finance function (60% controllership / 40% FP&A) with responsibilities including:

  • Full ownership of finance controllership: AP, AR, taxation, treasury, and compliance
  • Driving cost optimization, margin improvement, and COGS reduction, especially across supply chain and logistics
  • Leading FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and business planning
  • Managing month‑end close, reporting, and financial governance frameworks
  • Partnering closely with founders and leadership on strategic decision‑making and growth planning

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Applicant

  • Qualified CA
  • 8-10 years of experience, currently operating in a Finance Controller / similar role
  • Strong experience in controllership (AP, AR, tax, treasury) with exposure to FP&A
  • Background in startup / high‑growth environments; exposure to manufacturing or supply chain‑heavy businesses is preferred
  • Proven ability to drive cost controls, margins, and operational efficiency
  • Comfortable engaging with investors and senior stakeholders, with strong communication and presence
