Job Description

  • Define and execute fragrance evaluation and category strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Drive innovation pipelines and lead fragrance programs across key categories including Personal Care, Home Care, Fine Fragrance, and Air Care.
  • Lead end-to-end fragrance evaluation from brief to commercialisation, ensuring strong alignment with market and consumer expectations.
  • Translate customer briefs and consumer insights into clear fragrance strategies and creative direction, partnering closely with perfumers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, R&D, regulatory, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless development and compliance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head Evaluator/Perfumer should have:

  • A degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in fragrance creation and formulation.
  • Strong knowledge of raw materials and their applications in the chemical industry.
