Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end design and development of battery systems: - Cell selection and evaluation; Module and pack architecture; Electrical + mechanical integration; BMS and system integration
  • Drive product lifecycle from concept to commercialization
  • Ensure performance, safety, and lifecycle optimization
  • Lead development of integrated storage systems, including containerized solutions
  • Oversee integration of key subsystems such as power conversion, controls, thermal systems, and safety components
  • Drive thermal architecture strategy across battery systems
  • Lead risk assessments, DFMEA, and safety frameworks

The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years in battery technology, EV, energy storage, or adjacent high-tech engineering domains
  • Proven experience in product development and commercialization
  • Strong background in leading engineering teams and cross-functional execution
  • Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related discipline (Master's preferred)
