Job Description

  • Own the overall Payments Technology strategy and roadmap.
  • Lead transformation of UPI, Cards, ATM and core payment platforms.
  • Build secure, scalable and resilient payment ecosystems.
  • Drive cloud, APIs, automation and platform modernization.
  • Collaborate with Business, Architecture, Risk and Operations teams.
  • Own delivery, platform stability and transformation outcomes.
  • Lead large engineering, architecture and support functions.
  • Ensure regulatory, cybersecurity and governance compliance.
  • Manage vendors, budgets, risks and strategic initiatives.
  • Drive innovation through AI, cloud and next-gen payment technologies



The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Strong experience in payments technology within financial services.
  • Good understanding of retail banking and loan payment systems.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the payments space.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills to handle technical challenges.
  • Confidence working with technology vendors and partners.
