Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end knit dyeing operations across color laboratory, shade development, approvals, and bulk production, ensuring right-first-time execution and sample-to-bulk shade consistency.
  • Drive technical excellence across synthetic, polyester, cotton, blended, and performance fabrics by optimizing dyeing processes, chemical recipes, and operating parameters to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Oversee production planning and execution, ensuring on-time delivery while troubleshooting critical dyeing challenges such as shade variation, process inconsistencies, and bulk-to-sample mismatches.
  • Strengthen operational capability through effective utilization of automated dyeing systems, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, cost, productivity, and turnaround time.
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams while collaborating with knitting, finishing, quality, and customer-facing functions to resolve technical issues and support business growth.


The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Textile Engineering or a related discipline, with 20+ years of experience in knit fabric dyeing operations. The individual should have strong expertise in synthetic/polyester dyeing, color lab and bulk production management, with proven ability to achieve sample-to-bulk consistency. Experience with automated dyeing systems, export-oriented manufacturing, and managing global apparel customers like Uniqlo is essential.
