Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end digital marketing strategy covering performance, content, social, ORM, and omni-channel customer engagement.
  • Build and strengthen the brand's digital presence across owned platforms (website, social media, YouTube, etc.).
  • Drive performance marketing initiatives to maximise lead generation, ROI, and funnel optimisation.
  • Develop and execute data-driven content and consumer engagement strategies aligned with market trends.
  • Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and brand teams to improve lead quality, conversions, and walk-ins.
  • Manage marketing automation and digital ecosystem including CRM integrations (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams and manage agencies, vendors, and technology partners.
  • Monitor industry trends, competition, and emerging technologies to drive continuous digital innovation and efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

  • 15-22 years of experience in digital marketing, with exposure to real estate or similarly complex, lead-driven industries
  • Strong expertise across performance marketing, social media, content, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation
  • Proven track record of driving ROI-led campaigns, lead generation, and funnel optimisation at scale
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and other MarTech platforms
  • Deep understanding of consumer behaviour, digital trends, and omni-channel customer journeys
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage agencies and external partners
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and strong analytical capabilities
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate closely with sales, pre-sales, and brand teams
