Job Description

  • Establish and govern enterprise-wide design standards and engineering best practices.
  • Develop governance frameworks across key engineering and sustainability disciplines.
  • Create modular and repeatable designs for hyperscale and AI-driven campuses.
  • Lead sustainability initiatives focused on efficiency, carbon reduction, and green certifications.
  • Define infrastructure strategies for AI facilities, HPC environments, and high-density deployments.
  • Drive adoption of advanced cooling technologies, including liquid and hybrid cooling solutions.
  • Lead digital engineering transformation through AI, BIM, digital twins, and automation.
  • Manage technical experts while supporting strategic customer engagements and business growth.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 15+ years of experience in full-cycle design and engineering of large-scale data centres, hyperscale facilities, industrial infrastructure, or engineering consulting environments.
  • Proven experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and establishing engineering standards at scale.
  • Exposure to global projects, hyperscale environments, and enterprise infrastructure programmes is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (mandatory). Master's Degree in Engineering or PhD preferred.
  • Technical Expertise in:
    • End-to-end design and engineering of large-scale data centre infrastructure.
    • Planning and delivery of hyperscale and multi-site data centre campuses.
    • Design of high-density, AI-ready, and high-performance computing environments.
    • Expertise in direct-to-chip, immersion, rear-door, and hybrid liquid cooling solutions.
    • Development of energy-efficient infrastructure, carbon reduction strategies, and sustainability initiatives.
    • Creation of enterprise design standards, reference architectures, and technical governance frameworks.
    • Application of BIM, digital twins, AI-assisted design, and engineering automation tools.
    • Implementation of modular construction, DFMA methodologies, and large-scale prefabrication strategies.
