The business is investing heavily in data science capabilities and is seeking a senior leader to build scalable analytics functions across critical lending and customer domains.

Job Description

  • Lead Data Science and Analytics teams across Risk, Fraud, Collections and Growth.
  • Develop predictive models for customer acquisition, propensity and portfolio management.
  • Partner with business, product and risk stakeholders to drive decision-making.
  • Build and mentor a team of 25-30+ analytics professionals and team leaders.
  • Deliver scalable analytics solutions that improve profitability and customer outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

  • 12-20 years of experience in Data Science, Analytics or Decision Science.
  • Strong exposure to lending, fintech, NBFC or consumer finance environments.
  • Proven experience leading large teams, including people managers.
  • Expertise across risk analytics, collections, fraud, marketing and customer analytics.
  • Educational background from a leading engineering or quantitative institution preferred.
